The PSAT will be held on Oct. 17th from 8 A.M. to 12 P.M.. The test is free to all sophomores. While it is not mandatory for juniors to take the PSAT it is strongly encouraged as they will be taking the SAT in the spring. Juniors will be charged a $14 test fee. Parent permission slips for juniors are available in the link below. The deadline for these permission slips and corresponding payment are due in the main office by Oct. 1st. Fee waivers are available to students with free or reduced lunch. Only 30 waivers are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. ???? These waivers are available in the guidance office. ???? ????? Students are encouraged to arrive earlier as the testing will begin immediately and no make-ups will be available for absent or tardy students. Students need to bring No. 2 pencils. Calculators are encouraged but are not required. www.collegeboard.org is a useful tool in preparation for both the PSAT and the SAT. There are many free apps that students can access on their iPads available for SAT prep. There is also tutoring available before and after school to assist with PSAT/SAT prep. ???? ??????
