It all started with Mrs. Goreham’s passion for baking! Dr. Egan suggested a fun activity be planned for middle school students, and the prize would be a homemade treat delivered to the winners. ??? ???? ????? ?? ???????? With the help of Mrs. Lucito, the VLD SCAVENGER HUNT was born.

HAST Middle School students were invited to participate in one activity that involved solving riddles like:
- On the HAST website find which middle school teacher is certified in 5 areas including Kahoot, EdPuzzle and Newsela? (Ms. Mace)
- Look up to a tree and you might see me, or in a nest on Mrs. Fenno’s Web TV. (Eagles)
- Search your emails for the answer to this one: What vitamin do you get from the sun? (Vitamin D)
- I am not a selfie, but I do show faces. Find me in bathrooms and a few other places. ???? ???? (Mirror)
