Attention all families!
As stated by Dr. Egan:
We are now required by the State of Indiana to determine if we have any parents of our students who are actively serving in the US military.
Attached to this post is a copy of the form that we ask all families to submit by next Monday. We are also sending a paper copy home today with students.
