An important part of comprehension within a text requires that students understand the use of figurative language. Last week, we started discussing idioms. As a culminating activity, each student dressed up as a given idiom. ???? ????? ???? The students randomly chose two idioms in class, and had to choose the one that they were more comfortable with. The only rule was that the outfit should not cost any money… the whole point was for students to dress as creatively as possible!
