In order for Hammond Academy of Science and Technology to comply with re-enrollment policy and procedures, all students are required to pre-register for the 2017-2018 school year.
This applies ONLY to returning students.
Parents please be advised that all pending balances must be paid in full on or before your appointment. All student registrations have to be completed by May 17, 2017, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any outstanding balances past the due date may be forwarded to a collection agency and student re-admission can be rejected. In order for appointments to be a smooth process please bring copies of the following documents for EACH returning student. Please be aware the office is unable to accommodate any copy requests at this time. Please provide (2) of the (4) following documents: (For example: Mortgage and Nipsco OR Car registration and pay stub etc…)
- Current mortgage statement, Lease agreement or Property tax information
- Current utility bill
- Car registration
- Most recent employment pay stub
Please select a specific day/time when making your appointment. In the event you cannot keep your appointment please contact Mrs. Otero to reschedule. The office will be extending registration hours into the evening in order to accommodate everyone.
- March 20 – March 23: Monday thru Thursday 8:30am- 3:00pm
- April 3 – April 6: Monday noon – 6pm, Tuesday thru Thursday 8:30am – 3:00pm
- April 10 – April 13: Monday and Wednesday 8:30am – 3:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday Noon – 6:00pm
- April 18 – April 21: Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday 8:30 – Noon (Monday & Thursday Not Available)
- April 24 – April 27: Monday and Thursday Noon – 6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am – 3:00pm
- May 1 – May 4: Monday thru Thursday 8:30am – 3:00pm
- May 8 – May 11: Monday thru Thursday 8:30am – 3:00pm
- May 15 – May 17: Monday noon – 6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am – 3:00pm
Please be aware that every grade has an extensive wait list and all available spots have to and will be filled. In the event a student does not pre-register, HAST will rightfully assume your child’s spot has been forfeited and will begin the wait list selection process.
